How can I pay for tickets on the day?

We will be taking card and cash payments for ticket purchases. Late classic car entries are cash only.

I booked my tickets online, do I need to bring my tickets with me?

All pre-booked tickets will need to show proof of purchase on arrival. We will accept a printed copy of your confirmation email or the Receipted Invoice attached to your confirmation email. We will also accept seeing tickets on mobile devices as long as we can see how many tickets have been booked.

I can't find my confirmation email! What can I do?!

If you can't find your original email, you can log into your account HERE which will provide details of your order. You can print this page and bring it with you or show it on a mobile device on arrival.

I haven't registered my car, can I turn up to show it on the day?

Yes, we will charge £10. This includes entry for 2 adults. Additional people will need to purchase extra tickets. Cash only.

Do I have to pay for car parking?

No! Parking is free at this event.

Is there designated parking for blue badge holders?

Yes, disabled parking will be located closer to the entrance by the cricket pitch.

Are there disabled toilets?

Yes there will be disabled toilets in both toilet locations on site.

Will there be ATMs on site?

Please bring cash, there will be no ATMs on site. There are card machines at the ticket office for ticket purchases.

Do Traders have card machines?

Some traders may have card machines facilities but not all of them.

What time is BROKE FMX display performing?

They will perform at 12.30pm and 3.30pm in the main arena.

Is there First Aid?

There will be a full paramedic team on site throughout the day, if you have any issues please do visit them at their vehicle or make a member of staff aware you are having difficulties

Is there catering at the show?

There is a full selection of catering on site ranging from Hog Roast, Pies and Pizzas, hot and cold drinks and sweet treats. Leave the picnic at home!

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, this is a dog friendly event!

What do I need to bring with me?

You just need to bring yourselves but we recommend bringing along some spending money so you can take advantage of the funfair, food vendors and market stalls! The weather is also set to be clear but do bring a brolly or rain jacket just in case.
